Straight answers to what homeowners ask most before booking an estimate — if yours isn't here, just call.
How much does a concrete driveway cost?
Every driveway is different — size, how much old concrete has to come out, base condition and finish all move the number. That's why we don't quote over the phone: we come look, then give you one fixed price in writing, free of charge.
How long before I can park on a new driveway?
Light foot traffic is fine after 24 to 48 hours. Give it about a week before parking or driving on it.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Underpinning, walkouts and additions need permits and engineered drawings, and we manage that process for you. Straightforward driveway and patio replacements usually don't need one.
Will my yard be wrecked?
There's equipment and material on site while we work. We protect what we can, haul debris away, and rake and sweep before we leave — if access means crossing the grass, we'll say so at the estimate, not after.
What time of year can you pour?
Most of the year in the GTA. Deep winter pours need cold-weather measures and get handled case by case — ask us when you call.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every job is backed by a workmanship warranty. We'll walk you through the specific terms when we quote your project.
