Working with your site

Commercial scope, without the residential slowdown

We take on commercial pours alongside our residential work — not as an afterthought, but as a real part of what the crew does every week.

We work around your schedule and the other trades already on site. Pump access, staging and sequencing get sorted at the estimate, not improvised on pour day, and we can scale crew size to the scope once we've seen the drawings.

Licensed & insured WSIB covered Fixed quotes in writing We coordinate with your GC

We're licensed for concrete and structural work and WSIB covered, with a single in-house crew that scales from a small equipment pad to a full slab-on-grade pour — no subcontractor chain, no waiting on someone else's schedule. Send your drawings and we'll size the crew to the scope before we quote.

What we do

Eight commercial services

The same fixed-quote approach as our residential work, sized up for a commercial site.

Floors

Slab-on-grade and finished interior floors, poured flat and finished to the tolerance your equipment or flooring needs.

Equipment Pads

Reinforced concrete pads sized and finished for HVAC units, generators and heavy machinery.

Walkways

Poured or paver walkways and accessible paths, graded to shed water and meet code.

Retaining Walls

Engineered structural retaining walls for grade changes, loading areas and site drainage.

Elevator Pits

Formed and waterproofed elevator pit construction, built to the elevator contractor's specs.

Foundations

Footings and foundation walls for commercial and institutional builds, engineered and permitted.

Parking Stalls & Structures

Surface lot paving and structured parking decks, laid out and finished to hold up to daily traffic.

Curbs & Ramps

Curbing, loading ramps and accessible ramps with tactile warning surfaces where code requires them.

Free estimates. Fixed prices.

Send the scope and drawings — we'll come look, then give you one written number.

Poured concrete curb along a commercial parking lot, tied into a paver walkway at the building entrance

Curb and walkway concrete poured tight to the building, tied into work already on site.

On an active site

Poured around the building, not instead of a plan

Commercial concrete rarely happens on an empty lot — there's finished cladding, glazing and landscaping to protect, and other trades still moving through the site. We walk the site before we quote, so forming and pour sequencing are planned around what's already there, not improvised on the day.

Pump position, truck access and material staging get agreed with your GC ahead of time, so a pour day doesn't become a scheduling problem for everyone else on site.

Poured concrete curb and accessible ramp with a yellow tactile warning strip outside a commercial entrance

Accessible ramp and curb work, finished ahead of line painting and signage.

Finished to code

Curbs, ramps and site concrete built to pass inspection

Accessible ramps, curb cuts and loading areas have to hit slope, drainage and tactile-surface requirements before the municipality signs off — we build to those specs from the forming stage, not as a fix afterward.

Falls are set to move water away from the building and into the site's drainage, and curb lines are formed to the radii your paving or landscaping contractor needs to work around.

Common questions

Before you call

What GCs and property managers ask most before we quote a commercial scope.

Do you handle permits and engineering coordination?

Yes. Commercial pours typically need engineered drawings and permits, and we work with your engineer and the municipality to keep that on track.

How do you work around other trades on an active site?

Pump access, staging and sequencing get sorted at the estimate, not improvised on pour day. Tell us who else is on site and when, and we'll plan around it.

Can you scale crew size to the job?

Yes — once we've seen the drawings and scope we size the crew accordingly, from a small equipment pad to a larger structural pour.

Do you work with property managers on institutional or multi-unit sites, not just one-off commercial jobs?

Yes — parging, slabs, waterproofing and general concrete repair for institutional and multi-unit properties, alongside new commercial pours. We're a regular on several ongoing accounts, not just single-job crews.

Do you offer a warranty on commercial work?

Every job is backed by a workmanship warranty. We'll walk you through the specific terms when we quote your project.

What areas do you service?

We're based in Etobicoke and cover Toronto and the wider GTA. Not sure if your site is in range? Call and ask.
